As a U.S. military spouse newly based in London, Dr. Langley brings a global sensibility shaped by constant transitions, cultural fluency, and resilience under pressure. Her earlier work through Mana Wellness in the United States laid the foundation. Elevare is its refined, internationally attuned evolution.
